To create a project, create an issue in this repository. In the issue put the details of the project and any relevant links to the data.
Note for the data, make sure the data doesn't include any personal information such as names, address, etc.
If you want to join a project instead of starting on, comment on an existing issue that has a project you want to work on indicating you'd like to work on it.
For final project submissions, send a pull request in the Submissions folder with your team name. For a sample submission, see the submissions/Team1 directory in this repository.
