Fixed the 01-Minimal example, changed print() to println().

Fixed compile error on Adafruit Wiced board by checking for the board #define. Also changed how the JSON and MP interfaces are included.

Minor changes to compile under ESP8266.

The library is now compatible with the new Arduiono SAMD boards like the Nano 33 IoT.

A JSON and MsgPack interface has also been added.
