@JamesHenry mentioned in #4661 that we're only partially onboarded to nx: #4661 (comment)

The only reason I didn't do this initially was to slowly dip everyone's toes into the Nx waters and change things as little as possible

We've had our toes in the water for a while. Per https://nx.dev/guides/lerna-and-nx it seems like we can onboard more fully to Nx and rely less on Lerna. What else is there to do?

If the continued switch would be straightforward, maybe this issue can track it? If not, should we set up a project and split up issues?
