shrimPy: Smart High-throughput Robust Imaging & Measurement in Python
An image analysis macros pipeline developed for Fiji to quantify cell counts and fluorescence intensity (FI) per cell from microscopy images. Fluorescence intensity is measured only in regions containing a single nucleus, ensuring that each measurement corresponds to an individual cell.
