Introduce PCAP_IF_NO_CAPTURE and PCAP_IF_NO_INJECT interface flags. Set PCAP_IF_NO_INJECT on Bluetooth, DAG Rx stream, DPDK, Haiku network interface, Linux netfilter, RDMA, Linux USB and the "any" pseudo-interface devices. Set PCAP_IF_NO_CAPTURE on DAG Tx stream devices. Update related man pages and findalldevstest.
