I approved prematurely, overlooked Andrew's comment about the cai-monitoring module failing. (Also fails lint)
This is is a dependency for #1210 , where I had to make fixes for the upstream provider that a required a major version bump 14.0.x -> 15.0.0, but will review the issue before approving.
