This PR introduces two major enhancements to the platform. First, it adds comprehensive timeout configuration for dynamic call transfers, allowing developers to specify how long the system should wait for transfer destinations to answer. This includes timeout ranges, best practices, and fallback handling scenarios.
Secondly, it adds documentation for AssemblyAI transcriber configuration, introducing the new
enableUniversalStreamingApioption for improved transcription accuracy. Also includes a newminMessagesThresholdfeature for call analysis to help optimize costs by controlling when analysis is triggered based on conversation length.Main files affected:
