This PR updates and standardizes the terminology around phone calls across the documentation and SDK examples. Changes include renaming
create_calltocreate_phone_call, updating the customer phone number field fromphoneNumbertonumber, and removing redundant call-related endpoints (list_calls,get_call). The changes affect the phone calling documentation and MCP server SDK documentation to ensure consistency in API naming conventions and improve clarity for developers.
