#22838 applied the new exception page to the Debug component.
This raised a question on Twitter (see above this reply https://twitter.com/nicolasgrekas/status/869385717696352256)
So: is the new design desired when the Debug component is used in non-debug mode, and standalone?
Should we tweak it for a more generic use case?
