The methods ChoiceListInterface::getIndicesForChoices() and
ChoiceListInterface::getIndicesForValues() were removed. No direct
replacement exists, although in most cases
ChoiceListInterface::getChoicesForValues() and
ChoiceListInterface::getValuesForChoices() should be sufficient.
