This takes come commments from the Debian default configuration file, and removes the DEBUGGERS Cmnd_Alias für brevity.
This is what Debian has in its default sudoers. This has grown from decades of processing Debian bug reports. Feel free to accept some of them.

This suggests some changes to the sudoers file that gets actually installed (inspired by what Debian ships), and aligns the sudoers examples file more with the file that gets actually installed. Feel free to make use of that.
