Would be great to be able to hook into text selection everywhere. For now let's just do it on the browser and see where it can lead to.

What I can think of at the moment

• text selection would open a context menu (like in android does)
• as a user I would have access to add plugins to that context menu
• plugins have to be easy to add but have to be installed and have some kind of ratings
