- Remove packages/api/apps/ directory and all app-related functionality
- Remove app-related database tables (apps, appHistory) from schema
- Remove app-related types from shared schemas (AppType, FileType, etc.)
- Remove app HTTP routes and WebSocket channels
- Remove app-related prompts (app-builder.txt, app-editor.txt)
- Remove app-related frontend components and routes
- Update home page to focus on notebook functionality only
- Clean up unused imports and exports
- All tests passing, build successful
- Notebook functionality fully preserved
