At the beginning of all our examples, we have a note that points user to the bottom of the example, to find the download links and the binder link.

I find that there is one click too much: the user must click on the link in the note, and then click on the relevant download, or binder link. That said, this note must remain small.

I suggest that we work a bit more on the generated html to reword it and replace the link that points to the bottom of the page by a pure CSS dropdown menu (see
https://dottedsquirrel.com/css/pure-css-dropdown-navigation/) that include the links to download both files and the one to the binder repository.

It is important that the note remains very small as package like to put it in the margin (eg scikit-learn): https://scikit-learn.org/stable/auto_examples/ensemble/plot_adaboost_regression.html
