I can't get through the install instructions #121

Hey guys, I've been wrestling with getting through the install so that I can finally start working on my project but I seem to be completely unable to get everything up and ready.
The closest I've come so far has been to "Test your installation", where I get this error

ImportError: cannot import name 'runtime_version' from 'google.protobuf'`

This lead me through a rabbit hole of changing protobuf versions untill something just clicks (I guess?).

If there is anyone out there that has made it through the installation process, can you please share with me the versions of everything in pip that you're using, and which version of the protocol buffer 🙏
