🐞 Bug report

When scan starts and fails due to any reason, it gets status "Errored" and Hooks are not being triggered.

Steps To Reproduce

Start scan, with any scanner, make it fails in scan/lurker/parser

Expected behavior

When scan fails, Hooks should be triggered regardless the state of the scan in order to be able to identify the failure and act accordingly.
