Issue body actions

Hi, I am using the library (huge thanks for it, really a cool feature), but I have faced an issue. On my website I want to apply .darkmode-ignore class to some elements with display: flex or display: grid. From what I see in the source code of version 1.5.7, besides the required isolation: isolate there is the line with display: inline-block. Could you clarify, why is this line needed and is it possible to remove it in future versions so no more problems like this occur?
