自己编写的使用Python操作NX的工具集
使用export_stl_ugmanager需要具备如下设置：
1、使用NX自带命令行工具
2、在打开的命令行工具中设置teamcenter环境变量
3、run_journal.exe -pim=yes -u=xx -p=xx export_stl_ugmanager.py -args D:\bom.csv D:\stl_output
