Somewhere in this commit is a bug that causes XnSensorServer to segfault. Reverting and trying to use PrimeSense's multi-device support instead. This reverts commit 16197db.

Merge remote branch 'ps/unstable' into ros
Attempting to merge multi-sensor support and other unstable features from PrimeSense into our fork. XnDeviceSensorIO.cpp is clumsily resolved and won't work with the Kinect in its current state. Conflicts: Source/XnDeviceSensorV2/Registration.cpp Source/XnDeviceSensorV2/XnDeviceSensorIO.cpp
