  1. fix(pullrequest): COMPONENT keys auto-resolve component, no flag needed

A COMPONENT API key is bound to its component already; there's no
reason to repeat that on every CLI call. Updated help text + README
to flag --component as optional (only ORG_RW/FREEFORM keys need it),
and removed the up-front "either --component or --vcsuri" guard so
the server's own clearer error path runs when those keys actually
    omit both.

Doc table reorganised by key type to make the resolution rules
    obvious at a glance.
