Cannot get Hex from Guid #314
Description
To Reproduce...
$factory = new UuidFactory(new FeatureSet(true));
$guid = $factory->uuid4();
$hex= $guid->getHex();
Throws:
Ramsey\Uuid\Exception\InvalidArgumentException: The byte string received does not contain a valid version
