Can we remove support for Python 3.7 or 3.8? Do you still need them? #449

Currently, this project supports Python >=3.7. However, 3.7 and 3.8 are end of life now. I opened an issue #448 to cover this.

However, I want to get a clearer picture from you if they are still needed or in use. Removing them will have an impact on the source code. Newer Python features and functionalities can be added and we are not restricted to 3.7.

Maybe it's too early. That's why this poll exists. I leave it open for a couple of weeks. Please vote! Feel free to comment.

What do you think about removing Python 3.7 and 3.8 support for this project?
