Potential fix for #132805
This adds a
create_unionsparameter to_StringifierDictwhich - if set toTrue- creates unions between_Stringifierinstances instead of trying to join them withastmethods. This is set to True only forFormat.FORWARDREF, the behaviour is unchanged forFormat.STRING.
