Running the asyncio REPL with Python 3.13b1 on Windows gives

readline.set_completer(completer.complete)
^^^^^^^^due to missing readline package.
Easy to fix by removing
cpython/Lib/asyncio/__main__.py
Lines 108 to 111 in 2f4db5a
and inserting
import readline # NoQA before line 121:cpython/Lib/asyncio/__main__.py
Lines 120 to 126 in 2f4db5a
