Not sure what the deal is with the failing build? Cache issue or something - why would the hash be wrong? 😕 |

@garyb Because the hash changes each time a new package is added to the set. That's why we don't commit the hash when the package set is still being updated. |

Description of the change
This PR updates the library to be compatible with PureScript 0.15 by upgrading its dependencies.
