Switch product deployment to GitHub Actions.
Exclude temporary folders from git.

If possible, review this PR and approve if it is ok. There is some preparations happening in permissions and active development in other repository. |
Update RegExp used in `versions.json` for version match in files.
Update list of code owners which will be required to approve PR with changes.
