I would like to add the histogram for request times to the grpc output just like the http metrics. Cause right now the gRPC instrumentation is much less useful than the HTTP. And if #258 ever gets any implementation you can no longer out-of-the-box measure gRPC performance. (Although the Controller/Action field are empty now too for gRPC in the HTTP metrics)

Maybe the gRPC stuff should instrument and augment the Http stuff to understand the gRPC requests better, since the http metrics are much more complete.
