OK, I'm done with that appendix. I took out the little server commands because they're not super important and not really used by themselves. I think this is good for what I'm trying to do here. |

Cool, I'll take a look tonight. I'm working on the JGit section now, unless you want it, in which case I'll switch over to the libgit2 stuff. |

Added some more content around the ODB backend, and tweaked some wording. I'm going to merge this; feel free to change things if you hate them. |
