Addressed a few layout/ functionality issues with the tab/ sidebar layout:
adjusted line height text in of tabs
made clickable area bigger for add tab
made sidebar width persistent
made error panel height/width persistent on toggle between vertical and horizontal orientation
Fixed broken scrolling in sidebar
removed leaked lived coding changes
