I want to start off by saying thank you – I love this application and use it frequently for my work.

I finally have the bandwidth (and the confidence) to make some contributions. I've made a couple small pull requests, but I'm working on some larger features and was wondering : should there be a development branch in addition to the main branch? Just for bundling features and making versioned releases.
