The snapshots generation never work correctly, we need to change some things:

• have a metadata file for or in the archive distributed (sha+date+branch) (already exists: snapshot.json)
• fix Enable more GPG signing everywhere #39
• automate the snapshots builds in a way that it can be audited or/and fixed when it fails
