Hello,
I am using UTMStack v11, and after adding a Windows agent, the Pipeline → Windows Agent Detail page shows Status: down.
However, logs appear to be collected intermittently (or at least partially), so I am not sure whether this is an expected behavior or an issue.

Before opening this ticket, I verified the following:

  • The Windows agent is successfully installed.
  • The agent is visible in the UTMStack UI.
  • Some logs seem to flow, but the pipeline status still remains “down”.

My Question

Is it normal for the pipeline status to show down even when the Windows agent is added?
Or is this an indication of a misconfiguration or service issue?

Any guidance or clarification would be appreciated.

I have the same issue with Windows Agents and Office 365 integration.

The integration says it is 'All Connected', but you drill in and find it is offline, with no clues on next steps.

I am using the Cloud hosted 'Free Trial', so have assumed that the application is correctly configured.

Hi, can you please open a ticket in our Enterprise Support System? That way the appropiate engineer can perform a review of your instance. It seems that something went wrong with the connection of your Windows Agents

Hi,
My UTMStack agent was working fine until I changed my VM's IP address. After the change, I reinstalled the agent pointing to the new IP, but the dashboard now shows the status as 'Unknown' and logs are no longer flowing.

How can I fix this synchronization issue so the agent is recognized again?
