I'm getting the same problem here, even some of the pro ai copilot models like claude can't be accessed on my account, is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Hi Fch_404,
Regarding the issues with the Copilot Student renewal banner and model
access, the GitHub product teams reached out to me directly after I
submitted my feedback.
They have been supporting me by reviewing the diagnostic information and
screenshots I provided. They are currently working to resolve the issue on
the backend to ensure the subscription status and access to pro models are
correctly reflected.

Hi everyone,
Hi GitHub Support,
My GitHub Copilot Student (Copilot Edu) is active and shows $0.00 monthly payment, and my Payment history shows no payments, but the Copilot settings page keeps showing the banner: “Your GitHub Copilot subscription will renew in 1 day.”
The banner has been stuck like this for about a week and does not update even after the renewal date.
Account: DetectiveSanket
Pages: Settings → Copilot → Features and Settings → Billing and licensing → Licensing
Renewal shown in Licensing: Next payment: Mar 29, 2026
Timezone: [your timezone]
Could you please check if this is a UI/caching issue on the Copilot settings page and correct the renewal banner display?
