Hello ShieldX Community,

First of all, a big thank you to everyone for your recent engagement and enthusiasm. Your energy is what drives the project forward!

As part of our commitment to making ShieldX a truly robust and secure platform, our core team has been conducting a deep security audit across all services. This proactive effort has resulted in over 50 new, clearly defined security enhancements and bug fixes, all of which are now documented on GitHub.

This is more than just a bug list; it’s a golden opportunity.

For the community, this means there’s never been a better time to get involved. Every issue is scoped, well documented, and ready to go. This is your chance to make a direct and meaningful impact on the security posture of ShieldX.

Whether you're new to open source and looking for the perfect good first issue, or an experienced developer looking to tackle a complex security challenge, there's a task waiting for you.

How to Participate:

  1. View the Full Issue List:
  1. Filter Relevant Tasks:
  • Use labels like good first issue, help wanted, or our new security label to find a task that suits your skill level.
  1. Accept a Task:
  • When you find an issue you want to work on, just leave a comment saying "I want this task!" and wait for the maintainer to assign it to you.

Every line of code you contribute directly helps strengthen the security of ShieldX. As always, all valid contributions will be recognized and honored in our Contributors list.

We are extremely excited about this period of focused improvement. Let's build a safer cloud together!
