Payment with Github has been so frustrating. It has been 2 weeks since I opened a ticket but no reply so far. Github makes it so difficult to reach a support to solve the problem. Both paypal and linked card directly were canceled during payment.

I registered an account for Github Enterprise and got in touch with the Business Development department, but so far no help.
Any Github support here that can help??
