Hi all I have just updated our self hosted Biigle instance to the latest Biigle core. Pretty much everything is working except we're having some issues with Largo and Reports. For a volume, I can see the report and largo icons (but they are duplicated) on the left side menu, as well as the upper menu in the project page. If I click Reports, I see the page very briefly and then it goes blank with a host of errors in Chrome Developer Tools. Largo gives me the "You are not supposed to see this" error, and when I use Developer Tools, I see a 500 server error. Does anyone have any ideas on how I may resolve these two issues. Everything else seems to be fine (e.g., annotations, volume creation, object tracking and so on). Thanks

Please also update your local copy of the biigle/biigle repository during upgrades. This is documented here. After a rebuild and restart of the Docker containers it should work again. |
