Hey this looks great! I am not sure why the directory structure had to be changed and perhaps it would be easier to review without all the linting changes on the Python files, but that's not a problem.
I suspect the CI is just failing because the dependency versions have somewhat got out of sync. I'd be happy to discard some of those CI jobs if needed.

I will have a look at the CI and try to fix it when I have some time.
In the meanwhile, if you could have a look at the changes, you can separate them by commits so you wouldn't be bothered by the linter's changes.
