This commit sets up the all-contributors bot for the openml-python repository to recognize and display project contributors. Changes: - Created .all-contributorsrc with project metadata (name, owner, repo). - Added a dedicated 'Contributors' section to README.md. - Inserted required ALL-CONTRIBUTORS-LIST markers to allow the bot to automatically inject and update the contributors table. Fixes openml#959
