I'm trying to generate model from my db using this method: https://github.com/npgsql/Npgsql/wiki/Visual-Studio-Design-Time-Support---DDEX-Provider#install-assemblies-into-gac

But after choosing data connection and clicking "Next" wizard just closes. Without any errors or messages.

Empty code first model works fine.
