Closes #5545

Updates the styling of 'revealed' nodes.

1. flashes a dashed border around the node. Unlike previous style, the border is around the node - not the usual node border. This makes it easier to spot IMHO
2. Flashes for ~2 seconds then remains highlighted for 8 seconds in total - but will clear if you select anything in the workspace.
3. Consistent effect applied to groups and config nodes.
