Behaviour
When using pyenv-virtualenv to create a virtual environment on macOS, enabling auto activation of virtual environment in terminal option will cause the terminal prompt to have a unbracketed env name in command prompt:
Steps to reproduce:
- install homebrew
- install bash using brew and use brew installed bash as default terminal
- install pyenv as well as its extension pyenv-virtualenv
- create a new virtual environment using pyenv virtualenv with latest python version (3.13+)
- select this env as intepreter and enable the option described above
