Just like cntk, I think for such a small fix, going through that time-consuming process of signing is not desirable. To admin, if you think this fix is good, please just make the change on your own as I am not going to go through the process. |

For users do not have root access to
/etc/ld.so.cache,current install will lead to permission denied error.
Therefore, it is good to provide this option, and ask user to add
libmultiverso.sotoLD_LIBRARY_PATH.
