  1. feat: improve cookie handling with proper encoding/decoding utilities 

    - Add client_cookies.py module with SimpleCookie-based encode/decode functions
- Replace manual cookie parsing with proper HTTP cookie standard compliance
- Fix cookie handling in both sync and async clients for WebSocket connections
- Update tests to reflect corrected cookie encoding behavior

This change ensures cookies are properly parsed and encoded according to HTTP standards,
handling edge cases like quoted values and special characters correctly.
