Atlassian recently introduced scoped api tokens, but using them results in invalid links in most circumstances.

Describe the solution you'd like
Having separate configuration inputs for the API and Site URLs would be an approach. The API URL could fall back to the Site URL if left empty.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Continuing to use the scoped token and living with invalid links.
