I know that this post is from a year ago but I am now having the same issue.
info of recent changes**

• recently had to rebuild caregiver app on my phone,
• I have had nothing but issues with the Developer program, signed up for a new one. Apple is having issues where it worked for one whole day and then stopped working.
  -I cannot wait for Apple developer to get back to me in two days so I borrowed a friends computer and rebuilt the caregiver app
  -using their APN that I created on there Apple developer
  -I am still getting the same error code that I was getting on my own. Apple developer that again only worked for one day.
  -loop version on childs phone: loop 3
  -nightscout version 14.2.6
  -caregiver app on my phone ( i have iphone 13, IOS 16.1)

I was testing out the remote overrides to make sure that every thing was working a night scout and this is the error code I get
