none of this is essential, but they would make life easier.
it would be nice to remove from the selector of available posts (or pages or whatever the CPT id) the ones that are already associated to a translation. This makes it easy to find the right translation.
It would be nice to be able to sort post by translated/not translated, for easiness
I'll add, it would be nice to add selct2 support for the select, to use a search. I can help you with this if you wish
