Rewritten indent rules address a variety of inconsistencies and other problems. Enjoy!

The indent rules for LCS were causing a variety of bizarre behaviors in various circumstances. I rewrote them to match them with the ones I wrote for SublimeText.

Here's what these rules do for switch/case:

   switch tTest
   case "abc"
      -- code
      break
   default
      -- default code
   end switch

Better than the replaced rules:

   switch tTest
   case "abc"
      -- code
      break
   default
   -- default code
end switch

Here's what the IDE produces:

   switch tTest
      case "abc"
         -- code
         break
      default
         -- default code
   end switch
