Hi thanks for building this

I've added a JS load command. I noticed the Node repl doesn't open properly unless a repl is already running. Unlike clojure for example which starts a new repl if one isn't open. I'm guessing it has nothing to do with this PR but thought I should mention it.

Ok, thanks! About Node repl — does it say anything in sublime console, when it should open new?

I always forget sublime has a console:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./sublime_plugin.py", line 339, in run_
  File "./LoadFileToRepl.py", line 126, in run
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute '_view'
