What Happened?

I installed Minikube version: v1.34.0, commit: 210b148 on a Cloud PC running Win 11 with Hyper-V installed.
When I run "minikube start" the command timeouts after 6 minutes. It's the same even with "--wait-timeout 60m0s".
You can check the attached log.
