The TestPolicyAdmission integration test creates a VAP at v1beta1. This resource will be removed in 1.34 and should be moved to a separate test rather than sharing the same test with a v1 VAP.

Come 1.34, the v1beta1 VAP test will need to be ran with the apiserver configured to emulate 1.33. It's a bit difficult to do when both the v1beta1 and v1 VAP types are using the same apiserver at the moment.
